Welcome to Siltek. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By submitting an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Order Types & Payment Policies
We offer two ways to purchase our products: In‑Stock Orders and Pre‑Orders.
1.1. In‑Stock Orders
These are items currently available in our inventory and ready for immediate dispatch.
Payment: Full payment (100%) of the total order value is required at the time of purchase.
Accepted Methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) or Bank Transfer.
Confirmation: Orders made via Bank Transfer will only be processed and dispatched after payment has been confirmed in our account.
1.2. Pre‑Orders
These are items not yet available in our inventory, currently sold out, or special‑order items.
Payment: A non‑refundable down payment of 50% of the total product price is required to secure your pre‑order.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due upon notification that your item has arrived and is ready for pickup or delivery. Failure to complete the final payment within a reasonable timeframe may result in forfeiture of your down payment and cancellation of the order.
Accepted Methods: Cash or Bank Transfer.
2. Product Availability
All orders are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties or if products are no longer in stock after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to inform you about substitute products of equal or higher quality and value. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will refund any payment you have already made.
3. Delivery
3.1. In‑Stock Orders
Delivery will be scheduled promptly after your order is confirmed and payment is secured. We will coordinate the delivery schedule with you directly.
3.2. Pre‑Orders
The Estimated Date of Arrival (ETA) for pre‑ordered items depends on the shipping schedule of our courier. While we can track the package, we cannot guarantee the exact arrival date due to potential delays beyond our control (e.g., shipping company issues, natural disasters, customs clearing).
Notification: You will be informed via your provided contact number or email once your pre‑ordered item arrives.
Lost Shipments: In the rare event that an item is lost during shipment to us, we will refund the full amount you have paid for that item.
4. Cancellations
Once an order is submitted and the required payment (either full payment for In‑Stock Orders or the 50% down payment for Pre‑Orders) is made, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled or exchanged for other items or services. All confirmed orders are considered sold.
5. Price
All prices are subject to change without notice. However, once your order has been accepted and confirmed by Siltek, the price for that order will not be changed. The total cost of your order is the price of the product(s) plus any applicable delivery charges and sales tax.
6. Risk and Title
The product(s) will be at your risk from the time of delivery or pickup. Ownership of the product(s) will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due, including any delivery charges.
7. Warranty & Returns
7.1. Refurbished Laptops
Covered by a 6‑month limited warranty for hardware defects. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or software issues.
7.2. Software Licenses & Installation (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Siltek provides the complete service of supplying and installing the license for you. We do not sell licenses separately. Activation is guaranteed at the time of delivery and installation. No warranty applies beyond activation, and ongoing support or warranty is subject to the publisher’s terms.
7.3. Accessories
No warranty applies. Accessories are eligible for return or refund within 14 days of purchase if unused or defective.
7.4. General Return Policy
You may apply for a return within 2 days of receiving your product (unless otherwise specified above).
Condition: To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Process: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Welcome to Siltek. Please read these Terms & Conditions for Laptop Rental carefully before renting a laptop. By submitting a request to rent a laptop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
EQUIPMENT
The Owner and Renter agree to enter into a binding Agreement for the leasing of the Equipment.
TERM
The lease period has a specified start and end date and time.
LEASE PAYMENTS
The Renter agrees to pay the Owner a one (1)-time payment to lease the Equipment during the Term. Such payment is due and payable at the execution of the Agreement.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
A Security Deposit of AWG 100 is required and shall be paid by the Renter for any damage to the Equipment or losses incurred by the Owner during the term of the Agreement. In the absence of damage or loss, said deposit shall be returned to the Renter at the end of the Term.
LATE FEE PENALTY (RETURNING EQUIPMENT)
If the Renter does not return the Equipment at the end of the Term, Late Fee Penalty of AWG 25 shall be charged to the Renter for each day the Equipment is late (beyond the Term) and not returned to the Owner.
OWNERSHIP
Under the Agreement, the Equipment shall remain the property of the Owner and must be returned to the Owner in the same condition as the start of the Term.
INSURANCE
Insurance for the Equipment by the Renter is Not Required. There is no insurance required to be obtained by the Renter under the Agreement for the Equipment. The Renter shall be fully responsible for any loss, damage, or destruction of the Equipment.
USE OF EQUIPMENT
The Renter agrees to use the Equipment for its intended use and legal purposes. Any use of the Equipment outside of its intended use or for unlawful purposes can result in the termination of the Agreement.
RENTER’S RESPONSIBILITY
It is the Renter’s responsibility to maintain the Equipment in accordance with industry standards during the Term. Any repairs, modifications, or damage caused to the Equipment, shall be the Renter’s responsibility. The Renter will be responsible for risk or theft, damage, loss, or destruction of the Equipment from any and every cause. If while in the Renter’s possession the Equipment becomes damaged, the Renter agrees to pay for any and all costs of repair, up to the current value of the Equipment. If while in the Renter’s possession, the Equipment becomes lost, the Renter agrees to pay the Owner its current value.
WARRANT
Owner warrants that the equipment functions in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. Owner is not responsible or liable for the failure of the equipment to perform the task for which it was rented by the Renter. Owner shall, at its own expense, repair or replace faulty equipment at the earliest possible time. Work carried out for causes other than hardware failure will be charged to the Renter.
DEFAULT
In the event of Default by the Renter, the Owner may terminate the Agreement and take possession of the Equipment without prejudice to any other remedies the Owner may have.
INDEMNIFICATION
The Renter shall indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any loss, damage, or expense arising from the Renter’s possession, use, or misuse of the Equipment.
GOVERNING LAW
The Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Aruba.
